Yeah! My first blog post since xanga some 5 years ago or something. Cool. Of course I have the obligatory 'first post' related title. Looks good. And now to begin spilling my guts...
Yeah. First semester's over at UVA, grades are looking alright given my easy course list. From the 4 months or so I've been there, I can say I’m a big fan of college. I don’t want to over simplify, but it’s pretty much been sleep, class, eat, homework, games, and socializing. The simple life. Fuck, I’ve been trying to write all formal and stuff and since that’s too hard… the change: I don’t wanna get into all the details about school. Ill just do one for this one and do another for the next. My goddam room and roommate and stuff yeeeah. Alright my rooms pretty good. I brought my desktop and my laptop so got my babies with me keeping me from being lonely. Uh im back at home so I cant really get a picture of it but yeah ive seen some other dorms and id say mine looks pretty sweet. I really didn’t like the bed at first but ive grown to it and now my bed at home feels like shit. Feels like a step up from my mattress on the ground, but the mattress kinda sucks and I can feel the springs on my back. I try to deal with it but I get some hard back aches from time to time. I got some nice icy hot patches to deal with that. Yeah. My desk is kinda cramped with my desktop/laptop/printer and the books for my classes so I gotta make sure to keep it clean if I wanna use it. Cool that’s my room, ill get a picture up eventually and you can appreciate it then. Alexander Frank Joseph is my roommate yeeeah. Hahaha he is a cool guy period. Musical genius and a religion founding renaissance man trying to bring nonviolence and tolerance to the world or something like that. Emphasis on musical genius cause what he can freestyle and random jam is ridiculous. He’s composing the song bitches in a box which he hopes to complete by the end of this school year, and it is fucking beautiful. I shit myself everytime I hear it. Incredible. I hope I haven’t been giving him too much trouble cause he hasn’t been giving me any. Yeah I’ll say im pretty satisfied with my rooming situation. Ill get on with the suite some other post but for now this is good.
Alright some recent stuff then… I just got back home to nova and there was an assload of snow. Yeah it was nice when it started and its pretty and stuff. Then it wasn’t so nice with snow on roads and stuff, still pretty hard to get around. Havent seen that much snow since korea, I liked it. People: Family’s still kicking. The little brother fights with the parents far too often about tennis and what not. Older one doing his usual with the work school sleep. Havent seen much of Jason since break im sure that’ll change too much. Sean’s doing excellent with his shit ready to go whenever. Alex is going to college! Well not really but it’ll feel like college finally! Yeah. Diego’s getting better gaining weight looking good. Saw a tiny glimpse of Woonkill he seems good. Tim that fucker got into duke and will not be joining me at uva. He makes me sad sometimes.. but I’ll deal. Charles and Tim le doing good work coaching some pee wee basketball looked fun. I started a little bit of tutoring, but its way too little and wont be helping me out too much. The lady friend is gone to dc helping homeless folk during the holiday seasons. I wish she’d be here and play with me more, but she likes being a good Samaritan. It’s okay though, she’s doing good work helping some poor soul through the hard times, whether the poor soul deserves it or not. But yep she’s good. She probably won’t be too satisfied with this tiny segment about her, but don’t worry, I’ll write more about her in a future post where I’m not all confused about what to write about. Same with my friends and family eventually. Alright.
I don’t really like how this looks but I wrote too much to go and delete it all. Next time I will, stick to formal English, and try to keep to reminiscing or something. Yeah.A
